Our mission
Writing is how teams think. Proposals, documentation, reports, plans -- the quality of your writing tools directly affects the quality of your work. Yet most document editors treat your device as a thin client, your data as their asset, and reliability as someone else's problem.
We started Inkury because we wanted a writing tool that works offline, keeps data under your control, and does not lose your changes when the network drops. A tool that is fast because it respects your hardware, secure because it respects your data, and honest because it respects your time.
That is what we are building. Not the editor with the most features, but the one you can trust.
What we believe
Local-first is a better default
Your documents should exist on your device before they exist anywhere else. Cloud sync is a feature, not a requirement.
Security is not a premium feature
Every tier of Inkury gets the same security architecture. Enterprise customers get more control over deployment, but the protection is the same.
AI should be a tool, not an author
AI assistance is useful when it is transparent and controllable. Every AI suggestion in Inkury is visible, reviewable, and reversible.
Honest software, honest pricing
We do not hide features behind enterprise paywalls to pressure upgrades. Our pricing page tells you exactly what you get at each tier.

Inkury is headquartered in Sydney, Australia. We operate under Australian privacy law, which provides strong protections for personal data. For customers in other regions, we offer data residency options in the US and EU on our Enterprise plan.
