Can I try Pro or Team features before paying?
Yes. Both Pro and Team come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. If you decide not to continue, your account downgrades to Free automatically.
What happens to my documents if I downgrade?
Your documents are never deleted. If you exceed the Free tier limits, your existing documents become read-only until you reduce your count or upgrade again.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing gives you two months free: Pro is $120/year ($10/month effective), Team is $240/year ($20/month effective).
Can I self-host Inkury?
Self-hosting is available on the Enterprise plan. You get the same product, running on your own infrastructure, with full control over data residency and network access.
Is there a discount for nonprofits or education?
Yes. We offer 50% off Pro and Team plans for verified nonprofit organisations and educational institutions. Contact us to apply.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and can arrange invoicing for Enterprise customers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
